Learning to Apply

We must apply ourselves to the Word of God!  It's only when we occupy ourselves with God's Word that we can learn how to effectively apply it to our lives.

Increasing in Glory

The power of God is released through faith, and as we grow He will use us in greater things!  We must become and remain acquainted with God more than with our problems.

Obedience Manifests Glory

Faith is the key in all obedience, and endurance is the key in sustaining the obedience - The three are all required!  What we must remember in all situations is that God is with us and His Spirit abides in us.

Decisions

Living the disciplined life of a Christian is not by happenstance - it requires concrete decisions.  It is being firmly rooted in faith, unchanging in our convictions, and attentive to the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Grow Into Discernment

Every Christian starts brand new as a born again believer, a baby in Christ.  We are commissioned to grow in Christ and have our spiritual senses developed for proper discernment in life.

Becoming Disciples

Disciples are made - they are a product of process.  We must choose to hold fast to the truth of the Word so we are not misled into false doctrines and beliefs in the world today.

Time to Take Your Authority

Since the beginning, God has designed man to have authority on the earth.  Jesus has given us authority over all the power of the enemy, and we must use it in our lives!

Guarding the Gates

Our physical senses are the gateways to the soul, and consequently our spirits as well.  We must guard well the gates and deny entrance to the evil that desires to come in.

Hearing the Glory

Just as Elijah heard the sound of the abundance of rain when there were no clouds to be seen, can we hear the sound of the Glory of God despite outward appearances?

The Center

Jesus should be at the center of all that we do.  He is the vine, the very essence of our life and it is impossible to bear fruit for God's glory without abiding in Him.
